Cancer continues to afflict/affect our family. Denise has been dealing with polycythemia vera (a rare, and fortunately slow developing blood cancer) for a few years now. After many phlebotomies, oral chemotherapy is now the treatment and things are good for now.
Additionally my brother-in-law died from Hodgkin's lymphoma in his twenties and my mother-in-law passed away from complications with breast cancer a few months after Denise and I were married.
I’ve chosen to do something about it. I’m going ALL IN and joining the Obliteride community to support cancer research at Fred Hutch. I'm riding with my friend Mija again this year and we've committing to 100 miles.
More than 300 labs and projects are working hard to save the lives of people all over the world by conducting innovative, high-impact cancer research. I’m committed to supporting these labs so they can continue saving lives and can do so faster. I am asking you to join me in this fight.
It’s time for us to put cancer in its place. Behind us.
Ride with me, donate to my ride, and tell others about Obliteride.
