This August, I’m riding and fundraising to accelerate the pace of lifesaving cancer research happening at Fred Hutch. My goal is to raise $1000 toward the cause this year.Did you know, half of all men and one third of all women in the U.S. will get cancer in their lifetime. Think of all those families and friends that will (or have!) witness a loved one fighting for their life – parents, children, spouses, neighbors, etc.
Plain and simple, at some point cancer will impact your life like it has ours. With Angi in full remission, we are once again choosing to ride the Obliteride to help the great people at Fred Hutch continue to find cures. Angi is one of the fortunate patients to have access to this incredible place and people. This year, we're going to ride for our friends who've been impacted by cancer over the last year.
More than 300 labs and projects are working hard to save the lives of people all over the world by conducting innovative, high-impact cancer research. I’m committed to supporting these labs so they can continue saving lives and can do so faster. I am asking you to join me in this fight.
In four years, Obliteride has raised over $9 million and funded over a dozen research projects happening right now at Fred Hutch. While we’ve learned more about prostate and lung cancers, and lifestyle choices and cancer, we haven’t yet cured cancer, so we’ll keep at it.
Ride with me, donate to my ride, and tell others about Obliteride.
