Donors:

I am committed to changing the course of medicine and finding a treatment for all cancers.

We need to stop cancer & we’re getting closer! I am riding in the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s (aka The Hutch!) fundraiser called Obliteride. The Fred Hutch Cancer Research Institute pioneered bone marrow transplants to treat leukemia and has spun out numerous companies to ensure the latest technologies positively impact as many patients as possible.

One of those companies is Adaptive Biotechnologies, which is leading the charge to understand how the immune system fights cancer. We are learning how to read the information stored in your immune system in ways that will hopefully change the course of medicine and help us harness the immune system to fight all cancers. In the 4 years I’ve been at Adaptive I can tell you: we’re getting closer!! By understanding the immune landscape around cancer cells we hope to ensure that patients receive the best immunotherapies.

The first financial grant that led to the founding of Adaptive came from a funding mechanism at the Hutch similar to Obliteride! By donating a few dollars to my Obliteride campaign you will support The Hutch and ensure that the next latest and greatest science can get out and positively impact patients. 100% of your donation goes directly to cancer research at The Hutch. You can donate any amount you’d like by clicking the Obliteride link below.

Thank you so much! Please feel free to ask me any questions about Obliteride, the Hutch, Immnuotherapies, or Adaptive – I’d be glad to chat!

Best Wishes,

Erik
