April marked the 22nd year since my Mom died of Ovarian Cancer. She was 64. As I get older, she gets younger. She missed Anita and my wedding, our kids being born, our move to Bellevue WA and me working at Microsoft. I saw an opportunity at Microsoft to get more involved and in August, I'm riding with the Microsoft team to accelerate the pace of lifesaving cancer research happening at Fred Hutch.
Obliteride has raised over $6.8 million the past three years and this support is funding research happening right now at Fred Hutch. Please donate to me so we can all work together to cure cancer faster. Simply click on my personal fundraising page, http://engage.fredhutch.org/goto/pbernard, or call 206.667.RIDE (7433) or send a check by mail (address below).
You can learn more about Obliteride at www.obliteride.org and about Fred Hutch's ingenious research at www.FredHutch.org.I hope you'll donate as much as you can because you believe in me, what I'm doing and that together, we can cure cancer faster.
Thank you!Research advances knowledge and that's the path to obliterating cancer. For that reason, I'm going ALL IN to accelerate research at Fred Hutch.
It's time for us to put cancer in its place. Behind us.
Ride with me, donate to my ride, and tell others about Obliteride.
