I AM COMMITTED TO CURING CANCER FASTER.

I’m committing to Obliteride this August because I believe research is the fastest path to curing cancer, and I also believe the team at Fred Hutch can get us there.

Sadly, half of all men and one third of all women in the U.S. will get cancer in their lifetime. I am riding to honor the memories of my dear friends, family, and mentors who courageously battled cancer, and to help bring cures closer to those who are still fighting.

Fred Hutch is learning more about cancer prevention, diagnostics and treatment and Obliteride can help us get to cures faster.

More than 300 labs and projects are working hard to save the lives of people all over the world by conducting innovative, high-impact cancer research.

Please join me in this effort to put cancer in its place, behind us.

Ride or walk, donate, and tell others about Obliteride.

Obliteriding STP in 1 day
Will be taking advantage of Microsoft's volunteer matching by riding STP (Seattle-to-Portland) tomorrow in my 2019 Obliteride jersey. Microsoft donates $25/hr on a per-minute basis. I'll match the match in cash, which Microsoft will also match, tripling the donation.
This will be the first time I'll be riding STP, and to make it extra challenging I'll be doing it in one day. Riding from home to the start line at 4am will add a few more miles to the 207 mile route. It'll be almost 50 miles longer than my longest day on the bike. I hope to see other Obliteriders on the road!
